On Monday, May 15th, we will host Dr. Matt Jennings of Middle Georgia State University and the Ocmulgee Mounds Association for a centennial-themed Sidney's Salon. Dr. Jennings will be presenting his talk, "Macon Turns 100, and Things Get Weird: Native History in Centennial Celebrations" at Historic Macon’s headquarters, the Fire Hall at 950 Third St. We will start with light refreshments and a reception at 5:30, and the presentation will begin at 6.
