The Beall's Hill Bike Tour will be an easy ride through the Beall's Hill neighborhood with plenty of stops. The tour will begin and end at the Tattnall Square Park parking lot and is from 10:00am to 11:30 am on Saturday, October 7. Kim Campbell, director of preservation field services, will lead a ride around the neighborhood and talk about its history, recent infrastructure improvements, and Historic Macon's work in the area.
All participants must sign a waiver or have a parent or guardian sign a waiver and wear a helmet to participate in the ride. Bike Walk Macon executive director Rachel Hollar will give a brief safety talk before the ride begins. Please note this ride will take place on open roadways.
The tour is open to the public. The cost is $10 for Historic Macon members and $15 for non-members. Click here to register.
