Our Finance and Executive committees meet on the second Tuesday of July, September, November, January and March at 5:30 p.m. at our headquarters, 950 Third St. These committees are responsible for creating and approving our annual budget, suggesting cost savings and efficiencies, and monitoring monthly financial reports. The Executive Committee manages the Executive Director. The Finance Committee also serves as the audit review committee.
Our Board of Trustees and Finance Committee meet on the second Tuesday of June, August, October, December (as needed), February, and April at 5:30 p.m. at our headquarters, 950 Third St. The Board of Trustees is responsible for approving the acquisition of all property, approving the annual work-plan and strategic planning decisions, fundraising for the organization, and volunteering to staff board committees.
